Compassionate Counselling Professional

I am a Professional Member of the CCPA (processing a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation) with a master’s in counselling psychology.  I have over 20 years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents and families.  I use evidence-based practices to collaboratively create individualized treatment plans based on the client's goals and strengths and that focus on solutions.

I feel blessed to provide a safe therapeutic space, free of judgement, that fosters connection, self-awareness, mindfulness, personal growth and transformation.  I take an integrated and humanistic approach to counselling that is person-centered, solution-focused, strength-based, and holistic.

Geography and busy schedules can make access to support challenging.  I offer online counselling via a free and secure platform called Zoom.  When you schedule a cyber session, I will email you an invitation with all the necessary information.  All you need is a computer (smart device), an hour, and the desire to grow.

Anxiety Group For Young Women

4 weekly 75 minute Sessions

Feb. 25, Mar.3, 10, and 17th 

5:30pm to 6:45pm

Connection is a powerful component of wellness.  Knowing that we are not alone to navigate the challenges of life is powerful.  Group sessions offer  an opportunity to learn and grow together in community.

This 4 session group will increase members understadning of the neuroscience of anxiety increasing understanding.  Mindfulness, acceptance,  coping and exposure techniques will be taught and practiced.

You will find social support paired with counsellor guidance is a powerful and highly effective way to achieve personal growth.
